The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KaritKarma Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaritKarma Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KaritKarma Limited expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KaritKarma Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• 03You remain liable for any fees incurred prior to termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and KaritKarma Limited concerning the Service.
