These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wenme Identity Platform ("Service") operated by LoneSock ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wenme is a 100% passwordless identity and authentication platform that provides:

• WebAuthn/FIDO2 passkey authentication
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• OAuth 2.1 identity provider services
• Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
• User profile and identity management

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your authentication devices and methods
• Protecting your passkeys and authenticator apps
• Safeguarding backup codes in physical storage
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LoneSock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to:

• Never storing passwords (100% passwordless architecture)
• Encrypting all sensitive data
• Complying with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws
• Not selling your personal information
• Implementing industry-leading security measures

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Service Level

We strive to provide 99.99% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be subject to payment of fees. If applicable:

• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONESOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LONESOCK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LoneSock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• You remain liable for any fees incurred prior to termination

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and LoneSock concerning the Service.
